How it should work

Plans plus usage, separated cleanly

A plan should decide who can collaborate and which platform workflows are available. Usage should show what each Workspace actually consumed, so teams can see which model, run, dataset, or deployment created the bill.

Model usage

Chat, image, video, embedding, and evaluation calls. Final meters depend on provider and hosted capacity.

Workspace jobs

RAG indexing, fine-tuning, deployment, evaluation, and batch runs. Jobs are tracked per Workspace.

Storage

Datasets, generated assets, logs, traces, model artefacts, and compliance records.

Support

Preview support is lightweight now. Custom plans can include guided setup and operational reviews.
